Rotaflow was formed in 1994 as a small engineering company. Since then, Rotaflow has become a trusted partner for fire prevention and utilities services for industrial and commercial clients throughout Western Canada.
1995 - 2002
Early Entrepreneurship
Founded in 1995 with a small team, mainly delivering instrumentation, electrical, and process safety small projects with Shell Albian Sand and other oil and gas companies
2002 - 2010
Expansion into Field Services
Expanding to short term service contracts, such as inspection and field work activities, fire alarm and gas detection
2010 - 2019
Industrial Fire Systems Contractor
Developing as an industrial fire system contractor for fire protection and fire water underground systems brownfield and maintenance projects
2019 - 2022
One-stop-shop
Evolved into a one-stop-shop industrial mechanical and underground contractor with in-house engineering and fabrication capability.
2022 - Present
Diversification and Regional Expansion
Expanded the commercial division, diversified into non-energy sectors, and grew geographically across Western Canada, while strengthening product distributorships, factory-trained service teams, and specialized multidisciplinary engineering capabilities
